A friend recommended that I contact Jennifer Lake even though I didn’t plan to downsize and move for several years but I had very specific needs on my housing list. Jennifer spent time with me talking about those needs and wants and narrowing down what would work for me. She suggested that we look at a few available condos so I would have a better idea of the market. So two weeks after we first met, we looked at several condos in a new building. Then I walked into a top floor, one bedroom unit and immediately knew I was home. It just felt right! I told Jennifer, “This is it!” She was in disbelief. But I told her I wanted to write the offer that day. She got busy making calls and getting more information for me to accomplish due diligence; and by the end of the day, the offer was in. Then I gave her the task of selling my existing large home. She directed the process of getting it staged for market, photographed, etc., and in a week it was on the market. I then told her she had 10 days to sell it because I didn’t want any holdups. The house actually sold in a week with two excellent offers. The time between when I met Jennifer and when I moved into my new condo was about 6 weeks — I think that’s a record! I have no regrets and the best decision I made in the process was to select Jennifer Lake as my agent. She was with me every step of the way. The condo is the 17th residence in my lifetime and the only transaction in which the realtor helped me with every single step along the way! I could not have done it without Jennifer’s guidance and resourcefulness. I highly recommend Jenifer Lake to anyone buying or selling a property. She is a go-getter and yet she is thoughtful and precise and makes sure all the bases are covered. She brings years of experience and depth of knowledge to the table and what little she doesn’t know, she finds out quickly. Jennifer is ethical, trustworthy and diligent.
